Ms. Bivens graduated cum laude from Arizona State University College of Law and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with emphasis on International Studies from Arizona State University. Ms. Bivens' professional memberships include the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Probate and Trust Section of the State Bar of Arizona, the Mental Health and Elder Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona, the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the Maricopa County Bar Association, the Arizona Women Lawyers Association, and the Arizona chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. In addition, Ms. Bivens is a past Chair of the Mental Health and Elder Law Executive Council of the State Bar of Arizona. Ms. Bivens is a frequent speaker on elder law issues for the State Bar of Arizona and Maricopa County Bar Association.
