I just want to thank Bivens & Associates for the time and compassion they have shown to me during a very difficult time in my life.  I am currently in the process of re-applying for ALTCS for my husband, (who has been diagnosed with frontal temporal dementia).  In the beginning, I tried doing everything on my own, which was a nightmare!  Now, after contacting Bivens & Associates, I feel like I have a better sense of direction, with a staff that is caring and takes the time to explain the vast amount of paperwork that is required.  I continue working through this process, but I feel confident that I now have a staff behind me that will guide me through this long and tedious journey.
