Kira Darragh is an attorney with Bivens & Associates, PLLC, where she focuses her practice on estate planning, elder law, and special needs planning. Kira earned her law degree from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and is passionate about using her legal knowledge to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Arizona families. Known for her thoughtful approach and attention to detail, Kira strives to build lasting relationships with each client she serves.

Outside the office, Kira enjoys spending time with her two energetic German Shepherds and can
often be found curled up with a good book. A lifelong reader, she believes that every story—whether in literature or in life—deserves to be heard and understood.
