Ideal Attorney candidate will have 3+ years experience in estate planning- probate- trust administration, work well with others, be a self-starter, motivated to grow, detail oriented, and client focused. Note, any experience or interest in elder law or special needs planning is a bonus. We have four very experienced attorneys at our firm who not only know the law, but the business of law. Ideal Legal Assistant candidate will have 3+ years experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration and/or business law. Excellent organization, writing and communication skills, quick learner, and care for clients is a must. While experience in our practice areas is strongly preferred, we are willing to train the right person as needed to succeed. We value someone who is smart, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
